780nm DFB Laser, 40mW, Butterfly Package from laserdiodesource

These laser diodes are single frequency DFB modules with up to 40mW of optical output power. These devices are centered at 780nm and are offered in a fiber-coupled butterfly package. They also come with a monitor diode, thermoelectric cooler and thermistor. Most commonly these lasers are used for spectroscopy and metrology work. These lasers are also RoHS compliant.
