Tunable DFB Laser Diode 1565nm–1625nm TO-CAN Diode LD. A tunable laser diode is a laser diode LED whose wavelength of operation can be altered in a controlled manner. While all laser diodes gain media allow small shifts in output wavelength, only a few types of laser diodes allow continuous tuning over a significant wavelength range.
